Each product is carefully inspected to meet the highest standards. However, in the rare case something goes wrong, our return and exchange policy ensures you’re protected.
🛡️ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The watch arrives damaged or defective
- You receive a different product than the one you ordered
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, certificate of authenticity, and protective materials intact
- You must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
- ⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
🔁 Exchange Policy
If your watch is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily provide an exchange instead of a refund:
- You may request a replacement of the same model (or equivalent value if the item is unavailable)
- Once verified, we will promptly arrange the exchange and shipping of your new timepiece at no additional cost
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our luxury inventory, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Watches that show signs of wear, usage, scratches, or modification (resizing, alterations)
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or documentation
- Return/exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Customized or engraved timepieces
